All bracelets purchased on the website are able to be returned within 14 days of shipment arrival date at your expense. If something is wrong with your bracelet or there is a crystal(s) missing within the first 20 days after purchase, please send us your name, shipping address, order number (if available), and a picture of your damaged bracelet to email@example.com. We will review the order and bracelet and promptly get back to you.
